Conventions in Classical music magazines through research

Today i have found that most classical music magazines follow conventions; they all seem to have a static action photograph of a model/performer with an instrument, it entails next to no graphics or changes, but merely just stays original. They usually also use a certain colour scheme which is very minimalistic and doesn't use many vibrant colours. The conventions through these magazines speaks volumes of what my target audience is looking for in a classical music magazine.
