Further BBC music magazine analysis

Thoughts and feelings

I feel this "bokeh" effect, intrigued me into using it in my magazine in the future. The effect really can bring the image to life, It also brighten's the entire cover, which I like. Bokeh tends to appear in the areas of an image that remain outside the focal region, because of this the most common technique used to add it is for overall effect on the main component within the image.

This is the masthead, which uses a font serif and a white colour of font. I really enjoy this masthead because it looks very classy and professional.

I dislike this banner on the the cover as it detracts attention from the focal image, it contains lots of information about the contents of the magazine but it unattractive to the eye. I will not want to use a banner like this in my classical music magazine.
