Updated ideas for double page spread

In my double page spread, I would like to try and use most of the conventions I have seen in classical music magazines. Such as the white on black font within the columns of text usually within a soft colour scheme. I believe this is because it is easier to read for the audience and the magazine appears much more professional and sleek. I would also ideally like to use one large image in my double page spread, this is because it provides bold visual impact and, particularly for the younger audience, is more interesting as younger people often skim read the text. Also, one large image is much more dynamic than having lots of different ones and centrals where you look when you look at the page. I would like my page numbers jotted around the page within puffs and vary in size according to the importance of the story. My overall look shall be red because it links to my logo and colour scheme throughout; Red, black and white.
